Hartington Place is the embodiment of Toniks re-purposing ethos. The development (close to Eastbourne’s seafront) started as a tired 40-room nursing home. The property had suffered from being under maintained for a number of years and was Grade 2 listed.

Tonik took on the challenge of converting and designing the building into 14 luxury apartments, setting a new standard for a development of this nature in the town. Change of use was granted and the apartments were designed to individual specifications for the specific buyers as they were sold.
